- We offer 12-month leases as our standard term. Shorter-term leases may be available on select units — contact our leasing office for current options.
- Gated garage parking is available from $55 a month. EV charging stations are located in the garage. Contact us for current parking rates and availability.
- We welcome cats and dogs. The pet fee is $35 one time (non-refundable) and pet rent is $35 a month, each per pet. Breed and weight restrictions may apply to pets. Service animals and emotional support animals are not pets: no pet fee or pet rent applies, and those restrictions do not apply. Please contact our leasing office for the current pet policy.
- Water and sewer are billed monthly based on your unit. Residents are responsible for electric, gas, and internet service. Contact our leasing office for details on trash service.
- Typically one month's rent. The deposit is held and returned within Ohio's statutory timeline following move-out, minus any documented damages.
- You can schedule a self-guided or in-person tour through our ShowMojo scheduling system — click "Schedule Tour" at the top of this page. Same-day appointments are often available.
- Applications are processed in the order received, typically within 2–4 business days depending on income and rental history verification. You will need proof of income (pre-tax income of at least 3× the monthly rent), a photo ID (passports and visas accepted for non-US citizens), and any additional documents requested by your leasing agent. One year of verifiable employment or rental history is required (exceptions may require a co-signer). We obtain a consumer credit report and criminal background check for all applications, and the application fee is $35 per adult applicant and is non-refundable.
